Your Mission: Build Quality from the Ground Up

As LionVolt’s first QSHE (Quality, Safety, Health & Environment) Manager in the Netherlands, you’ll lay the foundation for a world-class Quality Management System (QMS) — one that’s robust, scalable, and tailored to our high-tech environment. With a certified QMS already in place at our UK site, it’s time to level up: creating a company-wide, integrated system that unites our sites while addressing the specific needs of our Dutch operations. You’ll shape the future of quality at LionVolt — embedding it into every layer of our organization, from R&D and prototyping to pilot lines and full-scale production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a scalable and integrated QMS tailored to a deep-tech manufacturing environment and spanning multiple locations
  • Build the QMS specifically for our Dutch operations and ensure alignment with the UK system, while addressing local requirements, NL and EU Regulations.
  • Drive steps towards ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications in NL and ensure ongoing compliance for the NL site
  • Translate standards into clear processes, tools, and training across the organization
  • Develop and maintain health and safety procedures and risk assessments in close cooperation with the Lab Manager
  • Develop and execute internal audit programs; prepare for and host external audits
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with the Technology R&D team, Lab Management, and the Manufacturing & Industrialization team to embed quality throughout the product lifecycle
  • Define and track quality KPIs, and lead continuous improvement initiatives
  • Act as the point of contact for customer and supplier quality-related matters

What you bring

  • A proven track record in building and maintaining ISO-certified systems (9001, 14001 or similar), preferably in high-tech or scale-up manufacturing
  • Experience managing quality and/or HSE across multiple sites and aligning systems across regions
  • Solid expertise in quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, 8D, RCA, etc.)
  • The ability to turn standards into smart, value-adding processes
  • A hands-on, proactive, and independent mindset
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s in engineering, quality, or a related fieldPlease note: Acquisition in response to this vacancy is not appreciated.

This is your chance to define how quality lives and breathes at LionVolt. Ready to make your mark?
